Shipping & Handling Policy
Orders placed on shoecompany.pk are shipped in Pakistan and Worldwide.
You can track your order any time online through our Track My Order page. Or you can click on the tracking link included in the order confirmation email (Make sure to use Tracking ID to track your order).

Approximate Delivery Time would be:
- 4-5 Working Days (Pakistan)
- 3-4 Weeks (Customized Shoes)
- 10-15 Working Days (Worldwide)
- 5-6 weeks (Customized Shoes Worldwide)
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered Working Days.
All orders from Pakistan are delivered by Leopard Courier Services.
While DHL will be delivering orders Worldwide
Payment Policy
We accept payment through the following modes:
- Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery
Exchange & Return Policy
We try our best to make sure that every product should be placed carefully for every customer. But if the product you receive is damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we apologize for the inconvenience. In that case, you can contact us at +92-032-66-5555-34 or shoecompany2161@gmail.com. You can only claim within 7 days of purchase. The company will entertain it only when the quality department approves it.
To claim an exchange, we have a few limitations:
The products and accessories purchased from sale promotions won’t be entertained in exchange
Customized items are Non-Refundable and will not be entertained in exchange
If the article has all tags, packing is in its original condition and
If you have the original invoice, and the article is unused then you can claim for exchange within 7 working days (subject to availability).
Due to the differences in color, monitors/screens, and lighting used during photoshoots, the color or texture of the original item can slightly vary from what is shown on screen. Therefore, products will not be entertained in exchange for this reason.
The article is replaced only if the product is defective or damaged. You will exchange it for the same item in size variation.
Online Exchange Policy
The courier company will apply additional delivery charges for orders placed in Pakistan to exchange articles.
For International Orders, the shipping cost will apply.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. It will include shipping and tracking information. As the product is shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Shoe Company has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
